Q: What time does the Tulip Festival open? A: You can view the tulip fields at any time! However, the RoozenGaarde display garden is open 9 am-7 pm every day throughout the Tulip Festival and Tulip Town is open 8 am-7pm every day throughout the Tulip Festival.
