The tulips in Skagit Valley have been topped and are no longer blooming. RoozenGaarde is a year-round garden planted with annuals that you can come and enjoy outside of tulip time. There is no admission charge. Tulip Town has a variety of activities that happen during the year, but none involve flowers.
